I remember reading a number of her books when I was younger, I don't remember them well, but I do remember reading them and her writing helped me fall in love with reading. Then again, I was a voracious reader from the time I was five through today.
This woman contributed a lot to the fantasy genre and to women writers in general.
She will be missed.
